Job Description - This position assists the marketing team in their day to day operations such as handling consumer enquiries (consumer programs and consumer complaints) in a consistent professional manner and general marketing administrative support - Coordinate and collate external and internal data such as sales, shares, pricing, and distribution in an easy to understand - Prepare monthly marketing report - Provide routine data for marketing team - Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including travel and meeting arrangement - Handling consumer promo + Activated based on assignment Requirements - Bachelor Degree in Business Management/Marketing/Technical Industry or equivalent - Fluent in English speaking & written is a must - Expert to operate Microsoft Office and Internet - Familiar with digital marketing (social media, mobile applications, web based, etc.) - At least 2 year(s) exposure to Marketing Dept. in FMCG - The incumbent must have demonstrated strengths in interpersonal skills and patience in dealing with consumers (designers, agency, research agency, suppliers) - Good personality, active, helpful & willing to learn - Contract position available
